Our court liaison is a Psychologist who has served as a jury consultant for many high profile cases in Los Angeles, California. In addition we have multiple professionals on the Echo Malibu staff who played key roles in the development and implementation of the Los Angeles Juvenile Drug Court. Also, we have many well established relationships with judges throughout the nation and abroad. With these connections to do not attempt to abuse our relationships with these judges. We have a full understanding of what courts need to see to know that teen have received proper treatment resulting in real and lasting changes. That is why Echo Malibu is so committed to ensuring that we heal a troubled teen from the inside out. We do not a teen leaving our facility falling back into old bad habits within weeks. We want every teen that leaves Echo Malibu with renewed hope and confidence to battle their vices. It is important to note that it is never our goal to enable teens by assisting them in the avoidance of natural and logical consequences that have resulted from their teen drug abuse. We do not believe however that mistakes that are a direct result of chemical dependency should result in permanently blemished records or lives.

The first day the teen enters teen drug treatment at Echo Malibu, we are already beginning to prepare the teen to go back home. We know that the teen’s home environment is the center point of the teen’s life and it is what we at Echo Malibu focus on. We know that the structured environment provided at Echo Malibu does not convey real life circumstances. That is why all of our individual and group sessions we conduct at Echo Malibu teen drug rehab center are geared towards providing each and every one of our teens with the tools, skills and knowledge to apply life outside of our teen drug treatment facility. In order to help your teen maintain his or her sobriety, we assist your teen with the development of formal and informal support systems.

You are making a commitment to stay clean and sober and we made a commitment to you when you enter our teen drug rehab at Echo Malibu. We remain available to you for support and after care for as long as you need us. The support systems you built at Echo Malibu will not end because you have ended your stay with us.
