SPIRITUAL HEALTH
The spiritual portion of the ECHO treatment program is designed
to help our clients re-discover their inner voice and their
internal instincts, determination, and ambitions that, together,
form the core of their spirit and power. By understanding emotional
experiences, through relaxation, meditation, yoga, group and
individual sessions, we attend to the elements that make up
our personal, spiritual foundation.
